Can you believe it. From the last time I journaled we were 12 weeks out. Still trying to sale our house. Now we are just over 7 weeks away and our home was sold in 2 1/2 weeks. God is on the move and still preparing the way for us to start a new church in Wilmington. Just last weekend I met with the Evangelism and Church Growth Commitee of the NC East District of the Wesleyan church and had a very encouraging time of vision casting and prayer for the plant. God is continuing to answer prayer in amazing ways. Here are just a few:
1. The sale of all of our houses for all the families moving from corning in less than a month.
2. Free office space for me to have an office in Wilmington.
3. Networks with people who want to partner with us through prayer support and financial support in planting the church.
4. The District being excited about a multi-site model of ministry.
To these and many others I continue to be WOWed, God is doing amazing things.
Stiving to do BIG things for God.
It is our desire to live life with the greatest amount of passion as followers of Christ. John 10:10 says Christ came that we might have life and have it to the fullest.

July 1, 2008 we moved to Wilmington, NC to start a new church..Crosswinds. We are humbled to be on this journey and are excited to see what God does through Crosswinds.

Dude; ran into Mark Pratt yesterday and he told me of the church plant. I had no idea! Exciting stuff! I'm not too jealous that all your houses have sold and mine hasn't...yet. But it's all good. His blessings on you and the crew as you embark on this adventure. Hopefully we'll stay connected and see how the Lord uses our availability in different parts of the country.
